San Pablo Avenue Pedestrian Improvement Project (Phase 1)

Construct ADA compliant curb ramps, pedestrian refuge islands, and other pedestrian improvements at various intersections along San Pablo Avenue. The project will also consist of traffic signal modifications, signing and striping, installation of valley gutters, curb and gutter modifications, conform paving operations, and adjustment of various utility frame and covers to grade.
