Kains Avenue/Adams Street Bicycle Boulevard Pilot Project

The work done under these specifications is for the implementation of a nine-block bicycle boulevard pilot project and includes but is not limited to traffic control, curb paint, pavement delineation, pavement markings, signage, and traffic barrier installation.
